Product Orders

All orders placed through this website are subject to Walledoodle™ LLC Terms of Use and Privacy Statements (TERMS AND CONDITIONS) and please read carefully before using this website. All users of this website agree that access to and use of this website is subject to the following terms of use and privacy (terms and conditions) and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms of use and privacy, please do not use this website.

Returns & Exchanges

Walledoodle™ LLC is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. The container and wall vinyl (wall expressions and peel-n-place) must be unused and in the original packaging. You must e-mail us at info@walledoodle.com within 15 days of your purchase explaining the problem of the product. Damage can occur during shipping and sometimes inspections of the vinyl can be an oversight, but notify us immediately and we will replace any damaged wall vinyl. Please keep all original packing material. Any decorative wall expressions or peel-n-place that has been used in any way can not be accepted for exchange or return. Custom decals or special orders can not be returned or exchanged. We will send you an e-mail with a call tag for the defective item to be returned to Walledoodle™ LLC.

Shipping Terms

At this time we only ship within the 48 Contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Do check back with us frequently, as we are striving to ship to Canada and other international countries. We use either UPS or FedEx with tracking numbers and insurance and CAN NOT deliver to a PO Box. Orders are shipped within 5-7 days, Monday thru Friday, except holidays (ex. Christmas Thanksgiving, Labor Day weekend, Black Friday weekend….etc.). Orders that are placed on a holiday or weekend are processed the next business day. If orders are back ordered or have an unexpected delay; we’ll notify you by e-mail.

Internet Security

Walledoodle™ LLC takes advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security, to protect our customers while you provide us with sensitive material to purchase our product. We do require you to enter your CVV2 code from the back of your credit card to help protect against identity theft.

Payments

Customers represent and warrant that purchasing a product from Walledoodle™ LLC or from any merchants connected to this web site that: (1) any credit information you supply is true, accurate and complete; (2) any charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or checks written by you shall be honored by your bank, and; (3) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling and any applicable sales taxes. The purchaser must be of 18 years old or above to purchase product on this site.

While purchasing product on this site we do ask for your credit card number and CVV2 code to insure our customers with a safe purchase. We will only -email you the order confirmation, tracking number and/or return or exchange information or delays in shipping. We do not ship to PO Box numbers for the protection against credit card fraud and our entire product line is shipped by UPS or FedEx with tracking numbers and insurance. If you chose not to provide mandatory information, we will not be able to provide you the service you are requesting. We do not share your information with others or any third party entities. We do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases, which give other companies access to your personal information. Walledoodle.com may link to other third party websites. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Walledoodle.com, Walledoodle™ LLC has no control over these linked websites, all of which have separate terms and conditions and privacy and data collection practices. Due to potential color differences among computer monitors and between computer monitors and computer printers, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your computer monitor or any sample which you print on your computer printer is an exact color reproduction of the actual product. In addition, color may vary slightly between different production runs.
